Moving a license or re-installing a license
This service is provide free of charge if the license is still under warranty or under an active Annual Software Maintenance (ASM) agreement.
If the license can not be Un-Authorized (example: computer hardware or software failure) then a technical support contract must be purchased. Please purchase one (1) hour of support to recover a lost license.
Licenses not under ASM or warranty can be moved for a fee of $50.00 US if the license is still valid (can be Un-Authorized. If the license can not be Un-Authorized then technical support must be purchased. See above).
